As administrators for the City of Toledo's 1% for Art Program, The Arts Commission is charged with the acquisition, conservation and restoration of the public art collection.  In addition to the above duties, the administration of the public art program includes the education of the community related to the understanding and enjoyment of public art.

In this section, we make available the ordinances and standard operating procedures in relation to public art in Toledo.
