Toledo’s arts community needs outspoken advocates to step up and speak loudly on behalf of the arts.
The APP committee worked with the Korean War Veterans, the City of Toledo and the Lucas County Commissioners to guide this project to ensure the suitable presence, fit and long term maintenance of the memorial. The monument was completed in the late Spring of 2006 and dedicated on June 25, 2006.
