Request for Bids - Art in Public Places Photography
The Arts Commission of Greater Toledo is seeking bids to photograph 18 sculptures in the City of Toledo’s Public Art collection. Use
of the photos include an upcoming printed brochure, updates to The Arts Commission website and other promotional and marketing materials.
The project is open to all artists, age 18 and over, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, military status, sexual
orientation, marital status, or physical or mental disability.

• November 29, 2019 Project Files Due
The Arts Commission reserves the right to change the project timeline. Depending on the schedule of the selected contractor and that of The Arts Commission, the project start date may be changed and will be mutually agreed upon.
The project asks for 2 shots; a professional and a creative presentation per piece for a total of 36 images.
• Images should be free of distracting visuals and be professionally edited and presented.
• Images should clearly represent the work of art being documented.
HOW TO APPLY
o Letter of Interest: The letter should be no more than one page and should explain the artist’s interest in the project.
o Cost for the Project: The budget should include a clear breakdown of each line item as well as a total cost.
o Link to Portfolio: Please include a working link to a professional portfolio or website with clear representations of your work.
