What Is Art Loop

Music, Food, Art & Fun

The Loop is Toledo’s signature monthly arts experience. Explore the downtown creative community through self-guided tours of the art, artists, and spaces that inspire a vibrant Toledo. The Loop is a program of The Arts Commission, presented in partnership with the artists and participating venues who make it possible. Art Loop takes place each third Thursday of the month April-December, 5:30-9pm.

Inspiring a Vibrant Toledo

How To Loop

Let's Get Started

You are welcome to walk, cycle, drive, or dance your way through The Loop, but one of the most exciting ways is to hop aboard a bus, made possible through our partnership with TARTA. There is too much to see and do during one Loop; visit us each month for new experiences and more fun! EXACT CHANGE of $1.25 is needed per person to ride the bus. Already have a TARTA pass - just hop on and enjoy!

Ride

Find a bus stop. Stops/routes are listed on the map link above. Buses arrive every 15 to 20 minutes at each stop. Wristbands are $1.25, include unlimited rides all evening, and may be purchased in cash only on the bus.

Explore

There are two bus lines, the Red Line and the Blue Line. Both Red and Blue Lines connect at 3 stops: Toledo School for the Arts, Hensville, and Gathered Glass. Get off at any stop. Check out the many galleries, shops, restaurants, and attractions near each stop.

Repeat

Jump back on the bus at any stop and find a new area to explore. Guests are encouraged to walk between bus stops and visit new venues along the way. There is too much to do and see in one Loop, be sure to come back each month and find more!
