Thank you, Toledo for another successful Mix!

The Arts Commission would like to thank everyone who participated in The Mix on May 3, 2024!

Thank you to the talented musicians and artists that joined us for the evening! Live entertainment was provided by: Ramona Collins, Nate Hicks, Rollie Tussing Trio, Bitch, Thunder!, DJ Jon Zenz, and DJ Ben Gibbs. Our local artists for the evening included: Brad Scherzer, XY&Z, Mercé Culp, Isaac Klunk, Hannah Bowlus, and PhotoBoothLive (courtesy of Grand Lubell Photography).

Thanks to the food trucks and restaurants that made sure our guests had fantastic food for the evening: Baba's Eats, Maumee Bay Brewing Company, Jikoni Toledo, Maddie & Bella Coffee Roasters, Plants on Tap, and Swanky Scoops. Our VIP Lounge included The Beirut, and Cork & Knife Provisions.

Finally, thanks to all of our guests! Just by buying a ticket, you played a part in ensuring that Toledo's vibrant arts and culture will continue to have a positive impact on our entire community.

Proceeds from The Mix will benefit the programs and activities of The Arts Commission, including Artist Services, Young Artists at Work, Art Loop, and the Momentum Festival.

Inclusion, diversity, equity and access are fundamentally important to our work at The Arts Commission. Our aim is to provide access and opportunity to art and culture for all in our community. It is our committed practice to stand alongside, listen and act based upon community needs. We have a responsibility to advocate for inclusion, diversity, equity and access. The Arts Commission will continue to deepen this practice as we move into the future.

The Arts Commission believes that the arts can provide the space to foster conversations that bring us together. The arts have long stood in the gap as a bridge between cultures. They have served as a place to support healing, as well as a place to develop and exchange compassion. We trust the arts in this role. By embracing our differences and celebrating our similarities we build a more vibrant, just, and inclusive society.
