The Loop is a program of The Arts Commission, presented in partnership with the artists and participating venues who make it possible.

Art Loop: Middle Grounds
Saturday, June 21 • 12-4 pm
Oliver House/Maumee Bay Brewing Company, 201 Morris Street
An Art Loop summer kick-off celebration in Toledo’s historic Middle Grounds district! Enjoy live music, hands-on craft stations, sidewalk chalking, aerial performances, pop-up art installations, a mini artist market, and a Studio Loop featuring some of Toledo’s most celebrated artists on nearby Morris and Ottawa Streets. All entertainment and activities are free and open to the public. Food, beverages and art available for purchase.
Art Loop: Young & Arty Summer Party

Adams Street between 14th & 16th Streets
Street party fun! This free community event highlights activities featuring and/or for young creatives: The annual Young Artists at Work art exhibition and art sale, YAAW alumni show, craft stations, youth performances, live music, food trucks and more.
Art Loop: Literati
Thursday, October 16 • 5-8 pm
Main Branch Library, 325 N. Michigan Street
The Arts Commission partners with the Toledo Lucas County Public Library for an evening celebrating local literary arts! Enjoy poetry readings and author presentations, literary-themed art-making stations, word games and puzzles, typewriters and live jazz music. Admission and all activities are free. Snacks, nonalcoholic beverages and participant books will be available for purchase. Presentations and activities will appeal mostly to adults and teens, but all content is family-friendly.
